OBOS BBL (“OBOS”) has today sold 1,700,000 shares in AF Gruppen ASA (“AFG”), at NOK 148 per share. Following the transaction, OBOS holds 16 366 733 shares in AFG, representing 16.41 percent of the outstanding share capital in AFG.
OBOS is currently a primary insider and represented on the board of directors in AFG by Arne Baumann, Senior VP real estate development in OBOS, cf. The Securities Trading Act section 4-2 first paragraph.
