AF Gruppen and OBOS purchase development site in Lørenskog

AF Eiendom and OBOS Nye Hjem are buying a site and will develop 250 apartments at Skårersletta in Lørenskog.

AF Gruppen and OBOS have entered into an agreement to buy 100 % of the shares in Skårersletta 50 Holding AS. AF Gruppen and OBOS have equal shares in the company.

The company owns Skårersletta 50, which is slightly larger than 12,000 square metres in size and located along the new “main street” in Lørenskog, which will define the centre of the municipality in a few years. The site is sunny and a short walk from Metrosenteret, Triaden Storsenter, a proposed future metro station and green recreational areas. There is currently a large warehouse and office premises on the site, and a detailed zoning plan has been approved.

Takeover of the site will be before the end of Q1 2019.
