NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Geveran Trading Co. Limited ("Geveran"), a company indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has on March 6, 2019 sold 4,000,000 shares in Mowi ASA ("Mowi”) at a price of NOK 207.9 per share, and subsequently entered into a Total Return Swap ("TRS") agreement with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares in Mowi. Expiry date for the TRS agreement is June 6, 2019, and the TRS price is NOK 209.0247 per share. Following these transactions, Geveran’s financial exposure in Mowi is unchanged. Geveran will have an affiliated ownership in Mowi of 74,551,603 shares, equal to 14.45 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company, and hold TRS agreements with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares. Geveran does not hold other shares or rights to shares in Mowi.
