Board's approval of final accounts 2018
2. April 2019: The Board of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2018 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2018 published on 26th February 2019, together with the Q4 2018 Interim Report. A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together with the notice convening the Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 22nd May 2019. This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to § 5-12 (Norwegian Securities Trading Act).
