Please find attached the Annual Report 2018 from XXL ASA, including the annual accounts, financial statements and Board of Directors report. There is a deviation from the Q4 2018 report regarding the income tax expenses that have decreased by NOK 1 million to NOK 58 million for 2018. The effective tax rate for 2018 was 19.5 per cent and the net income for 2018 increased to NOK 237 million.
