Multiconsult ASA - repurchase of own shares completed

On 12 June 2019, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 2 262 own shares in

relation to the annual management bonus compensation programme. The shares were

purchased at an average price of NOK 61.48 per share. The shares were purchased

on Oslo Børs in accordance with the share repurchase announced on 12 June 2019.

Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 2 262 of its own shares.
