Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by ADS Crude Carriers Plc (“ADS Crude Carriers” or the “Company”) on 6 June 2019 regarding terms for a financing facility. The Company announces that all remaining requirements, including final documentation, have been successfully completed. Drawdown on the facility was done on 28 June 2019.
