ADS Maritime Holding Plc acquires bulk carrier M/V Fjeld Saga tbr

ADS Maritime Holding Plc (“ADSMH” or “the Company”) has agreed to acquire the kamsarmax bulk carrier M/V Fjeld Saga tbr 82,900 dwt, built 2013, at market terms. Completion is subject to customary conditions, including charterer’s consent to transfer of the vessel’s present charter.

Delivery is expected to take place between November and December 2025.
