Mowi ASA - Registration of share capital increase in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 22 August 2019 where

Mowi announced that the acquisition of 100% of the shares in K. Strømmen

Lakseopdrett AS had been successfully completed, and that the board of directors

had resolved to issue 1,071,372 new shares at a subscription price of NOK

226.7855 per share to K. Strømmen Holding AS to settle 30% of the purchase

price. The share capital increase related to the issuance of the new shares has

now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following

such registration Mowi has an issued share capital of NOK 3,878,333,182.50

divided into 517,111,091 shares, each with a par value of NOK 7.50.
