Signed contract for new logistics centre outside Stockholm

AF Gruppen's subsidiary Kanonaden Entreprenad has signed a contract for ground and construction work for a highly automated logistics centre in Bålsta northwest of Stockholm. The contract is worth approximately SEK 300 million excl. VAT.

The future logistics centre will be one of the largest and most modern in Europe for the distribution of food to stores and for e-commerce. It is being built for Dagab, a company in the Axfood Group. The client is Logicenters, which is one of the Nordic region's leading developers of logistics properties.
