Information regarding dividend

The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA was given an authorisation by the General Meeting 15 May 2019 to approve the dividend to be distributed for the 2nd half of the year. A final decision on dividends will be taken after the completion of the repair issue to be resolved by the extraordinary general meeting. The Board intends to approve a dividend of NOK 3.50 (3.50) per share, to be paid to shareholders in December.
