Multiconsult initiates share buyback in connection with employee share purchase programme

Multiconsult ASA ('Multiconsult') has decided to initiate a share buyback

programme for approximately 500 000 shares in the market in connection with its

employee share purchase programme. The buyback program will be conducted in

accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to

the board of directors on 25 April 2019.

The buyback will be executed through a reverse Dutch auction at a price of

maximum 64.00 NOK per share on Oslo Børs. The programme will be initiated today

and terminated on Friday 29 November 2019 at 15:00 CET.

The shares purchased under this programme will be used for Multiconsult's

employee share purchase programme as approved by the ordinary general meeting on
