Multiconsult has purchased own shares through a share buyback programme

Multiconsult has purchased own shares through a share buyback programme

On 29 November 2019, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 157 184 of its

own shares at an average price of NOK 64.00 per share. The shares were purchased

through a reverse Dutch auction and in accordance with the share buyback

programme as announced 28 November 2018. As a result, the reverse Dutch auction

is completed. After the transaction Multiconsult holds 157 184 of its own

shares.

The shares purchased under this programme are for Multiconsult's 2019 employee

share purchase programme as approved by the ordinary general meeting on 25 April
