Resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting of BHG Group
Today, Wednesday 18 December 2024, the extraordinary general meeting of BHG Group AB (publ) was held in Malmö. The general meeting resolved, in accordance with the board of directors' proposal, to approve the transfer of 100 percent of the shares in IP-Agency Finland Oy ("IP-Agency") from BHG's subsidiary Bygghemma Finland Holding AB to the two founders of IP-Agency, who are also the CEO and Chief Digital Officer of IP-Agency.
