We refer to the notice made public yesterday, where the Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) approved a dividend payment for the second half-year 2019 for the fiscal year 2018, according to the authorization given by the General Meeting on 15 May 2019.
Today is the last day AF Gruppen ASA shares are traded inclusive dividend rights of NOK 3.50 per share.
Dividend will be paid to shareholders on 20 December 2019.
