Rebuilding retirement home in Eskilstuna

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract via Betonmast Mälardalen with Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter concerning the rebuilding and extension of the retirement home at Spångagården. This contract, which is on a turnkey basis, has a value of approximately SEK 115 million excluding VAT.

The extension will encompass 20 residential units, a kitchen and common areas with a total GFA of approximately 7,600 square metres. Occupation is scheduled for the summer of 2022.
