Betonmast to build office building in Gothenburg for Stena Fastigheter

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Stena Fastigheter to build a new office building, “Stuveriet,” in the heart of Gothenburg. The design and build contract is valued at approximately SEK 190 million excluding VAT.

Stuveriet will comprise 16 storeys with a café, bistro and sports lounge. On level 13 plan a terrace is planned with views of the harbour. The total gross area will be around 9,500 square metres. The project will start in the second quarter of 2020 and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
