NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Geveran Trading Co. Limited ("Geveran"), a company indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has on March 6, 2020 settled Total Return Swap ("TRS") agreements with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares in Mowi ASA (“Mowi”).

Geveran has on March 6, 2020 also sold 262,316 shares in Mowi at a price of NOK 187.65 per share, and entered into a new TRS agreement underlying 4,000,000 shares. Expiry date for the TRS agreement is June 8, 2020, and new TRS price is NOK 188.7817 per share.

Geveran’s affiliated ownership in Mowi is following these transactions 74,289,287 shares, equal to 14.37 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company, and holds TRS agreements with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares. Geveran does not hold other shares or rights to shares in Mowi. This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
