As a consequence of the recently adopted share issue in AF Gruppen ASA, Construcio AS and Flygind AS’ total shareholdings will fall below the 15 percent threshold for disclosure of large shareholdings. Constructio AS and Flygind AS are related parties to Kristian Holth, Board member in AF Gruppen ASA.

After the share issue, Constructio AS and Flygind AS with respectively 14,595,347 and 1,021,509 shares in AF Gruppen ASA, owns a total of 14.83 % of the shares and voting rights in AF Gruppen ASA, as to previously 15.15 %.
