Board's approval of final accounts 2019

22. April 2020: The Board of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2019 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2019 published on 25th February 2020, together with the Q4 2019 Interim Report.

As communicated earlier the Board of Directors of Bouvet ASA decided on the 20. April 2020 to reduce the previously announced dividend of NOK 16.50 per share. Instead the Board of Directors propose to the general meeting to pay a dividend of NOK 8.25. Furthermore, it will be proposed that the general meeting grants an authorization to the Board of Directors to resolve additional dividends based on the annual account for 2019, upcoming market developments and the company's equity and liquidity.

A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange on 24 April 2020.
