Please find attached the Annual report 2019 from XXL ASA, including the annual accounts, financial statements and Board of Directors report. There is a deviation from the Q4 2019 report regarding the income tax expense which has increased from NOK (87) million to NOK (57) million. The effective tax rate for 2019 was 14.9%. Net income decreased to NOK (327) million from NOK (297) million.
