Building rental apartments to the north of Stockholm

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with BRABO to build 109 rental apartments in Upplands Väsby, just to the north of Stockholm. This turnkey contract is valued at approximately SEK 145 million, excluding VAT.

The apartments to be built vary in size, from bedsits to 3-bedroom apartments. The total gross area will be around 10,800 square metres. Construction is scheduled to commence during the third quarter of 2020, with completion during the third quarter of 2022.

“There is a good demand for modern rental apartments in Sweden’s major cities, and this is the third contract we have signed recently for the construction of such apartments,” says CEO Jørgen Evensen at Betonmast.
