Sale of the ‘K5’ office building at the Hasle Linje in Oslo
Reference is made to the announcement to the stock exchange issued on 2 July 2020 pertaining to the sale of the ‘K5’ office building at the Hasle Linje complex.
The buyer, Clarkson Platou Real Estate, has today announced that they have now removed their conditions relating to financing and due diligence.
It is expected that the transaction will be completed by the end of October 2020.
