Builds office building in Drammen

Betonmast, an AF Gruppen subsidiary, has signed an agreement with Vestaksen Eiendom to build an office building in Drammen to a value of approximately NOK 200 million, excluding VAT.

The agreement will be implemented as a turnkey contract and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2021.

The 10-storey office building will be Norway’s third tallest solid wood building, and will be certified in accordance with BREEAM Outstanding. Vestaksen Eiendom and Betonmast have previously entered into a collaborative contract where the use of VDC methodology and engineering of a digital twin have been key to the planning of the 6,800 square metre office building.
