Refurbishing logistics and office building in Oslo

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Per Krohgs vei 1 KS (Oslo Pensjonsforsikring) for the refurbishment of the property at Per Krohgs vei 1 in the Karihaugen district of Oslo. The contract, which is a turnkey contract in partnership, is valued at approximately NOK 143 million excluding VAT.

The building has a total area of approximately 14,000 m2 with 3,300 m2 of this comprising office space while the remainder is warehouse space. The warehouse premises include a range of ceiling heights, and the automatic storage solution is approximately 23 metres high. The building will be BREEAM certified in accordance with the Bespoke criteria, and will comply with the provisions set out in the Oslo model.

The project has begun and is due to be handed over on 31/10/2021.
