Building apartments in Asker

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Fjordservice AS to construct 17 residential housing units and commercial premises in Vollen just outside the town of Asker. This turnkey contract is valued at approximately NOK 120 million, excluding VAT.

The 17 residential units totalling 1900 m2 in area will be constructed in following plans that also feature commercial premises of around 900 m2 and associated parking facilities. Betonmast has developed the project in partnership with the client from when the site was finalised until the framework application was submitted in the autumn of 2020.

This project is subject to planning permission. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2021, and the apartments are due to be ready for entry by summer 2022.
