Dolphin Management AS, a company controlled by board member of XXL ASA («XXL» or the «Company») Øivind Lønnestad Tidemandsen, has today sold 1 000 000 shares in XXL at a price of NOK 20.86 per share. Following the transaction, Dolphin Management AS owns 35 000 000 shares in XXL, representing 13.86 percent of the outstanding shares of XXL.
