Multiconsult ASA - repurchase of own shares and completed share repurchase programme

Reference is made to the stock market announcement on 15 September 2020, where Multiconsult ASA announced an initiation of a share repurchase programme of up to 400,000 of its own shares.

Multiconsult ASA (“Multiconsult” or the “Company”) has on 20 November 2020 purchased 6,161 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 136.7854 per share. After this transaction, the Company owns a total of 157,625 shares or 0.58% of issued shares. As a result, the share repurchase programme is completed. Multiconsult purchased a total of 157,609 shares at an average price of NOK 107.4345 per share through the share repurchase programme.

The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors on 22 April 2020.
