Owen Capital S.à r.l., a wholly owned subsidiary of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert SA, the Belgian holding company listed on Euronext Brussels ("GBLB"), co-controlled by Mr. Gérald Frère and Mrs. Ségolène Gallienne and The Desmarais Family Residuary Trust, has today, on November 26, 2020, acquired 774 shares in Mowi ASA. Following this transaction, GBLB and Owen Capital S.à r.l. hold 25,855,556** shares in Mowi ASA, corresponding to 5.00% of the shares and votes in Mowi ASA. GBLB does not hold any rights to shares in Mowi ASA.
