Correction: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insider

Deputy board member Sverre Hurum, a primary insider in Multiconsult ASA, has

through Havgatt AS on Tuesday 1 December purchased 639 shares in Multiconsult

ASA at an average price of NOK 125.00 per share and will after the transaction

hold 866 shares in Multiconsult ASA. Mr. Hurum owns 50% of the shares in Havgatt

AS, the remaining 50% is owned by a related party to Mr. Hurum.
