Building apartments in Skien

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Klosterøya Vest AS for a further stage of construction at Klosterøya in Skien. The contract is a design and build contract valued at approximately NOK 190 million, excluding VAT.

Klosterøya Vest phase 4 comprises 69 apartments across three structures above underground parking. The contract consists of two phases of construction, and phase 2 is subject to adequate advance sales.

Klosterøya Vest is owned by a consortium including Conceptor Bolig AS, Skien BBL, Betonmast Eiendom AS and Multifag AS. During a collaborative period, representatives of all the owners, the architects, the developer’s consultants and Betonmast Telemark as the turnkey contractor have all been in the process.
