Multiconsult has purchased own shares through a share buyback programme

On 10 December 2020, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 275,000 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 129.00 per share. The shares were purchased through a reverse Dutch auction and in accordance with the share buyback programme as announced 9 December 2020. As a result, the reverse Dutch auction is completed. After the transaction Multiconsult holds 432,625 of its own shares.

The shares purchased under this programme will be used for Multiconsult’s employee share purchase programme and management incentive scheme as approved by the ordinary general meeting on 22 April 2020.
