Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Axactor SE (OSE: AXA) (the "Company") on 9 December 2020 regarding the contemplated bond refinancing.
The Company has successfully placed a new senior unsecured bond issue of EUR 200 million, with a three year tenor.
ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities, DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge acted as joint lead managers in connection with the bond issue.
