Building office building in Kobbervikdalen

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Gråterudveien Næringspark AS to build an office building in Kobbervikdalen south of Drammen. The contract is a turnkey contract valued at around NOK 110 million, excluding VAT.

On total the office building will offer approximately 6,200 m2 state-of-the-art office premises in two linked structures with a subterranean parking facility beneath one of the sections. Most of the premises are already leased. One of the tenants is Betonmast Buskerud-Vestfold, who is moving its Drammen office to the new building.

“Following a constructive interaction period we are now looking forward to realising the project, which is our third in Kobbervikdalen since we established an office in the area just over two years ago,” says CEO Jørgen Evensen of Betonmast.

Construction is scheduled to start in February/March 2021, and the building will be ready for occupation in May/June 2022.
