Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Completed share capital reduction in connection with share buyback

Following the share buyback program announced 16 July 2019 which was executed by Schibsted ASA in the period 16 July 2019 until 09 March 2020, the Annual General Meeting in Schibsted ASA decided on 06 May 2020 that the company's share capital shall be reduced by NOK 2,213,482 through the redemption of 4,426,964 own shares (3,543,657 A-shares and 883,307 B-shares), to NOK 117,130,512, consisting of 104,459,958 A-shares and 129,801,066 B-shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.

The creditor deadline for the capital reduction has expired and the capital reduction was completed in the Register of Business Enterprises 15 February 2021.
