The attached information document (the "Information Document") has been prepared by Arctic Fish Holding AS (the "Company") solely for use in connection with the admission to trading of all its shares on Euronext Growth (Oslo) (“Euronext Growth”). The first day of trading of the Company’s shares on Euronext Growth is expected to be 19 February 2021.

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA and Pareto Securities AS have acted as Euronext Growth advisors and Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS has acted as legal advisor to the Company in connection with the admission to trading of its shares on Euronext Growth.
