Sale of property in Gothenburg

Celsiusgatan fastigheter AB, a company owned by AF Projektutveckling (50%) and Aspelin & Ramm fastigheter (50%), has signed a letter of intent to sell a part of the property in Gothenburg that Donnergymnasiet AB recently has signed a 15-year lease for. The school’s part of the property comprises 3,919 square metres.

The Celsiusgatan project is a joint development project between AF Gruppen and Aspelin & Ramm that aims to develop Eriksbergsvarvet’s old headquarters in Gothenburg. The property was acquired in 2018.

The seller and buyer have agreed not to disclose the purchase amount and the name of the buyer. The agreement is subject to a completed due diligence process. Accession will take place when the school part has been sectioned off from the remaining property, no later than the second half of 2022.

The expected result for AF Gruppen is in excess of SEK 50 million.
