To build new apartment project in Drammen

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold AS enters into contract with Usbl Utbygging AS.

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold AS, where AF Gruppen is the majority owner, has been chosen as contractor to build the apartment project St. Halvard in Drammen. The contract comprises design and engineering and construction of 48 apartments with parking facilities and outdoor work.

The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract and is valued at NOK 126,2 million, excluding VAT.

Sales of the apartments will start in August 2021, and construction is expected to start at the end of April 2021.
