The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has on March 25, 2021 approved the annual accounts for 2020. Profit before tax was NOK 1,447 million. Tax expense was NOK 289 million and annual profit was NOK 1,158 million.
Due to the group's strong financial position, The Board of Directors will as previously communicated propose to the General Meeting a dividend payment of NOK 6.50 per share for the first half-year.
