Board's approval of final accounts 2020

7. April 2021: The Board of Directors of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2020 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2020 published on 19th February 2021, together with the Q4 2020 Interim Report.

A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together on 23rd April 2021.
