In reference to the buyback program announced 23 April 2021, XXL ASA has purchased 3,500,000 of its own shares. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 21.8622 per share.

XXL ASA has on 10 May 2021 completed the program. In the period XXL ASA purchased a total of 3,500,000 shares in the market at an average price of NOK 21.8622 per share, for an aggregate consideration of NOK 76,517,761. The shares purchased will be used to optimize capital structure by cover for shares to the long term management investment program
