Correction: Key dates announcement - proposed share split in Bouvet ASA
7. April 2021: The Board of Directors of Bouvet ASA has today decided to propose a share split as further described below. The proposal will be presented for approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2021.

Split ratio: one (1) old share will give ten (10) new shares
Last day inclusive right to have one share traded into ten shares: 2 June 2021
Ex date: 3 June 2021
Record date: 4 June 2021
Date of approval: 20 May 2021
