New residential and commercial project in Drammen
AF Gruppen’s subsidiary Strøm Gundersen has entered into a contract with Lissos Eiendom AS to build a residential and commercial project at Solbergelva outside Drammen. The contract is valued at NOK 128 million, excluding VAT.
The project comprises a 6-storey building including basement along Gamle Riksvei next to the Solberg sports ground. The building includes commercial premises on the ground and 1st floor, 26 apartments on the remaining floors, and a parking basement with storage space. The total gross area is 6,430 m2.
The project will be conducted as a collaborative turnkey contract and will start in the summer of 2021. Completion is scheduled for the winter of 2022/23.
