Nominated for construction of student housing in Trondheim

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been nominated by the Student Welfare Organisation in Gjøvik, Ålesund and Trondheim to build student housing in Trondheim. The project is now entering an interaction and regulation phase, with the goal of concluding a turnkey contract for construction by June 2022. The value of the turnkey contract is currently estimated at about NOK 600 – 700 million excluding VAT.

The contract value is entered into the order reserve only when the final contract for execution has been signed.

The Nardovegen 12-14 project includes the construction of between 800 and 850 student housing units, as well as areas for laundry, training, student volunteering, parking, and other relevant services.

Construction is estimated for the third quarter of 2022, with completion in the fourth quarter of 2024.
