Builds homes in the Stockholm region

Betonmast, a subsidiary in AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with HSB Södermanland on the construction of apartments and terraced apartments outside Södertälje in the Stockholm region. The agreement is a turnkey contract, with a value of about SEK 185 million excluding VAT.

The project "BRF Idrottsparken" includes the construction of a total of 62 apartments with underlying garage facilities and 24 terraced apartments. The apartments will surround a common area that will be a natural gathering place in the area.

The project is subject to sale and must be environmentally certified in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Silver.

"This is Betonmast's second project in close collaboration with HSB Södermanland. We are pleased with the renewed confidence and look forward to starting construction this autumn", says Jørgen Evensen, CEO of Betonmast.

Engineering will start in a short time, with construction scheduled to start in the autumn of 2021.
