Builds apartments in Stockholm

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has entered into a contract with HSB Bostad for the construction of apartments in the new district of Bromstensstaden in Stockholm. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, has a value of approximately SEK 255 million excl. VAT.

The "Ester" project includes the construction of a total of 152 condominium apartments with an underground garage and shop premises on the ground floor. The apartments vary in size from 1-5 rooms and kitchen. Total BTA is 15,400 square meters. The project will be environmentally certified in accordance with the Swedish environmental standard Miljöbyggnad Silver. The project has sales reservations.

The planning will start in the third quarter of 2021 and construction is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2021. The project will be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
