Building rental apartments and kindergarten in the Stockholm region

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has entered into an agreement with Aberdeen Standard Investments and Ailon Group for a turnkey contract for the Anholt quarter in the north of Stockholm. The value of the contract is approximately SEK 390 million excluding VAT.

The project involves building a total of 182 new rental apartments with a parking basement and kindergarten in central Kista. The project will be environmentally certified in accordance with the Silver standard under the Swedish environmental building certification system Miljöbyggnad.

Betonmast already has an ongoing project in Kista for Aberdeen Standard Investments and Ailon Group (the Jylland quarter). The Anholt quarter will neighbour Jylland, close to both public transport and recreational areas.

Design and engineering is ongoing, and construction will commence in the summer of 2021.
