Builds rental apartments and student housing in Stockholm

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has entered into a contract with ByggVesta Development AB for the construction of rental apartments and student housing in Stockholm. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, has a value of approximately SEK 266 million excl. VAT.

The project includes the construction of a total of 222 residential units with associated underground garage facilities. Total area is approx. 17,000 m2. The project will be environmentally certified in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Silver.

The planning will start in the third quarter of 2021, with construction start in the fourth quarter of 2021. Completion is set for the third quarter of 2023.
