Building unique homes for OBOS Kärnhem in Lund

AF Bygg Syd, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, will build homes on behalf of OBOS Kärnhem in the new district of Brunnshög, close to Lund's world-leading research environments. The project will be conducted as a turnkey contract, and the contract has a value of approximately MSEK 180, excluding VAT.

The Pärlan housing cooperative comprises six floors with 107 homes and business premises, and the project is expected to be completed in spring 2024. The Pärlan housing cooperative features exciting architecture with shifted facades that will be natural eye-catcher in the area. The project is located in central Brunnshög, next to a stop on the new tramway, ten minutes from the city centre, and adjacent to a recently completed public garden. Around the corner are the world-renowned research facilities ESS and MAX IV.
