Multiconsult ASA:

Sverre Hurum, Board member in Multiconsult ASA has on 18 August 2021 purchased

15 000 shares in Multiconsult ASA at an average price of NOK 180.7687 per share

and will after the transaction hold 15 000 shares in Multiconsult ASA.

In addition, Havgatt AS holds 866 shares in Multiconsult. Mr. Hurum owns 50% of

the shares in Havgatt AS, the remaining 50% is owned by a related party to Mr.

Hurum.
